Toccoa Veterinary Hospital was established in 1973 by Dr. William “Bill” McDougal and his wife Joyce with the goal of providing competent, compassionate care for animal companions in the Toccoa area.
In 2010, Dr. Amy Willis Dorminey and her husband Jon purchased the clinic from the McDougals. The combination of experience, new medical technology and procedures have been a great asset to the hospital and its clientele.
